Hi everyone, another question which a lot of folks ask me is, Glen why invest in property? Very good question.
So to answer that, let me just start off by saying I have been in the industry for 27 years and this year is 2020. So you can calculate back how long I’ve been in the industry, and I’ve seen what property has done over time. Now, property is not or direct property is not the only investment out there where you could make money, there are lots of investments; shares, gold, bullions, silver, precious gemstones, manage funds, thoroughbred racing horses, fine Australian wines. So there are many investments out there, but I believe in the old saying “Safe as houses”. I like to take a little bit of risk, but not a great amount of risk.
I’m not built like that. Neither I am the person to take my money and keep it in the bank making measly interest. I’m not saying measly but you know what I mean. There have been many instances where you can make a quick buck with property over a short time, but that’s not what I’m looking for and that is not what I would teach you keep in mind property is long term, you need to know how to get in, you need to know how to act wisely, invest wisely and stay for the long term. It really is quite simple if it is done correctly. So if you would like to know more on direct property investment, email me, let’s have a chat and take it from there. No hype just the facts. Thank you. Bye.
