Senior Property Manager
After living in the Greater Springfield area for a majority of her life , Veronika Jasiecki is the Licensee of 21st Century Boutique Properties where the office is based in Augustine Heights . Veronika is responsible for the running of the business and also focuses her time on new businesses and Sales for 21st Century Boutique Properties.
After starting in real estate almost 20 years ago, Veronika is extremely experienced in both Property Management and as a Sales Agent.
Veronika has also invested and is a landlord herself so she is extremely understanding of her Landlords needs and requirements. She consistently attends information seminars to keep informed of the current legislation changes.
She is also a mother of 2 lovely children whom have allowed her to continue to grow her network of contacts in the Greater Springfield area.
Reception/ Administrator/ Leasing officer
Michelle started at 21st Century Boutique Properties in May of 2019 as Receptionist/ Administration officer. Since then, with the encouragement and support of her team, her role in the company has grown to include leasing officer and very excitingly, training in Assistant Property Management. Michelle also assists the Head Office in Sydney with progression and handover of new builds in QLD, providing photos and updates for buyers and inspecting our new builds ensuring they are perfect for both buyer and potential tenants before hand over from construction takes place.
With 20 years of sales and management experience behind her, customer service and customer satisfaction are Michelle’s focus. She believes in going above and beyond to provide you with the best service she can offer making sure that she leaves you with a memorable and cheerful experience.
So, if you are looking for a new rental for yourself or your family I will be there to show you through our beautiful homes on offer, provide you updates of your applications and to greet you at our office with a smile when you collect the keys to your new home, I may even stop by for a routine inspection from time to time.
Kylie started at 21st Century Boutique Properties in August of 2019 as Trust Administrator.
Kylie’s role is Trust admin which includes receipting all funds received in the trust account and paying invoices received on behalf of owners. She ensures that disbursements and statements are issued to owners and creditors and issues invoices to tenants when required to reimburse owners.
Kylie is also able to assist/ help the property managers with tasks as required as she is an experienced property manager. She previously worked for Professional Thornton Real Estate at Springfield and Ipswich for 5 years followed by a small country Real Estate in Gatton.
Previously she worked in the manufacturing industry as the Office Manager for a business that was located at Goodna. Kylie originally started her administration career as a legal secretary for a firm in Brisbane and Ipswich.
She has obtained Diplomas in Business, Business Management and Business Administration.
Stephanie Dillon Shallard
Stephanie started at 21st Century Boutique Properties in June of 2019 as Property Manager.
She started her career working for a Real Estate training organisation which is where she did her course and got her Registration Certificate. Once she was 18 and old enough to hold a license through the Office of Fair Trading she started in a Property Management position and has been working as a Property Manager ever since. During her 8 years as a Property Manager she has managed properties throughout areas of Brisbane/Ipswich/Gold Coast during which gained her a lot of experience and knowledge of different aspects of Property Management.
