How much of income is required to start investing with you?

  • From about 60.000 onwards is possible to start a property investment with us.

What are the different options of investments (is it possible just 1 bedroom, etc)?

  • We build free standing homes, which mean the land with a house on it. Minimum of 3 bedrooms, single garage, and maximum whatever the client wants.
  • Price range goes from $380.000 fully finished to $550.000 fully finished.
  • The rents are between $370/week to $470/week.
  • Capital gain: 5%
  • ROI – over 30%
  • The rent price depends of the location, close to the lake or not, size of land, etc.
  • Capital growth could be greater close to the most expensive rents.

How long does the construction process take?

  • 200 – 230 days (from the day we get the plan from council).
How long does it take for the houses to be rented (average)?

  • It only takes a maximum of couple of weeks and it’s managed by our own management property company (21st Boutique Properties) and the office is right in the Springfield Lakes.
Which companies are involved as partners? (financial, lawyers, etc)

  • We have subcontractors (bricklayer, roof man). Our main contractor (21 st Century Construction) hires the subcontractors.
